Licence Application: Amaya Indian Eatery, 133 Beech Road
I have received notification that an application has been received by the City Council for a new Premises Licence for premises at Amaya Indian Eatery, 133 Beech Road, Manchester, M21 9EQ. I believe this is the Old Chapel premises next to The Trevor Arms. The application’s proposed trading hours for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises are as follows: Mon to Sun 1100 to 2330. The Proposed trading hours for the provision of late night refreshment are Mon to Sun 2300 to 2330 and the Proposed opening hours for the premises are Mon to Sun 1100 to 2330.

The Licensing Authority may only consider a representation relating to the effect of the grant of the licence on the licensing objectives, which are: Prevention of crime and disorder; Public Safety; Prevention of public nuisance and the Protection of children from harm.
